- Online move requests can take 5-7 business days to process. If you need service sooner, please do not submit an online request.
- For residential customers who need water sooner than 5-7 business days, call 770-419-6200 during business hours (Excluding Holidays):
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM
(Queue Closes: 4:45 PM)
- If you have an existing account with Cobb County Water System, please login to your customer portal and request a move through the Request Move quick link on your home page.
- If you do not have an account with Cobb County Water System and you need to request to start services, please click this Move-In Request option. (View How-to apply for a move-in request video).
- For commercial accounts and any Residential accounts with an EIN# (Employer Identification Number), email ccwscustomerservice@cobbcounty.gov with your request and necessary documents. If an online request is received, it is subject to be rejected.
