Classes
Pre-School Classes
Our Pre-School program offers children a variety of fun and age-appropriate learning activities.
Tumble Tots
Toddlers age 2 - 3.5 years old participate with the assistance of one adult in fun locomotor, exploratory, and gymnastics skills.
Additional adults, children, and babies are not permitted inside the gym training area and must remain outside of the gym training area.

Tumble Kids
Independent age group classes for 4 and 5 year old's
Children develop locomotor, social, and listening skills through a variety of fun gymnastics activities.

Boy's Gymnastics Classes
For boys ages 6 and up. Students are introduced to skills in a progressive manner on all pieces of apparatus: Floor Exercise, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Rings, High Bar, and Vault.
Girl's Gymnastics Classes
For girls ages 6 and up. Students are introduced to skills in a progressive manner on all pieces of apparatus: Floor Exercise, Balance Beam, Uneven Bars, and Vault.
Specialty Classes
Intermediate Tumbling is a 45-minute class designed for children with a foundation in basic tumbling skills who are ready to progress to intermediate techniques. Class participants will work on skills such as round-offs, back walkovers, front handsprings, and begin drills for back handsprings. The class focuses on proper form, strength, and flexibility while building confidence and control in tumbling skills.
The Step Into Tumbling class is designed to introduce gymnastics and tumbling to teens and adults. It will build your strength, flexibility, and balance in a relaxed atmosphere. The go at your own pace model will provide the participant the opportunity to try out all apparatus and improve your fitness. Great for a former gymnast or those who would like to give it a try!
Improve your mobility and overall well-being in our Stretch for Gold class, designed for adults and seniors of all fitness levels. This low-impact class focuses on joint mobility, core stability to enhance posture, reduce stiffness, improve balance and coordination, and promote relaxation.
All movements are inspired by gymnastics flexibility training. You will move through a series of controlled stretches, balance exercises, and dynamic movements. No prior gymnastics experience is needed-just a willingness to stretch and feel great!
Please wear comfortable clothing designed for stretching. Bring a water bottle. Yoga mat (optional)
