Patti Wilder 2025 State Qualifying Swim Meet Information

Friday June 20th Warm up schedule -

5pm-8pm. All lanes open for warm-ups. First come, first serve. 

Must have a certified coach from your team on deck to use dive blocks.

The 2025 Patti Wilder GRPA State Qualifying Swim Meet will be held on the weekend of June 21st & 22nd!

  • Warm-ups for finals will begin two hours after the conclusion of preliminaries.
  • Starting blocks will be available, but a certified coach must be present in order to use them.
  • Coaches' Packets will be available for pick up during warm-ups.

Entry Information

The Patti Wilder Swim Meet is a GRPA State Qualifying Meet

  1. Entries: $7.00 per individual event; $15.00 per relay ($3.75 per swimmer)

  2. Submit entries via email to PWswimmeet@gmail.com 

  3. Entry Deadline:  Friday June 13th, 2025by 11:59pm 
    1. Late Entries accepted: June 16th, 2024 from 12pm-5pm
    2. Entries must be in Meet Manager or Team Manager format.
    3. Entries with "NT" (No Time) will not be accepted.
       
  4. Payment Deadline: June 18th, 2025 by 5:00pm at the Mountain View Aquatic Center 
    1. Payment of Entry Fees will not be accepted until Sue Carducci has a Roster from your team so please submit that at the same time.
    2. Payments must be for the entire team's entries.
    3. Cash, checks and all major credit cards are accepted. Checks should be made payable to “Cobb County Government”.
    4. All payments must be turned in with a copy of the team's roster.
       
  5. All Cobb County teams that are submitting fees must submit a payment on behalf of their swimmers.  Individuals may not pay for their events.  All entry fees must be brought to Mountain View Aquatic Center beginning on Tuesday, June 17th at 12 PM thru Wednesday, June 18th at 8 PM.
     
  6. Swimmers may enter 3 individual events and 2 relays.
     
  7. Psych Sheet will be posted. Changes cannot be made ones the Psych Sheet is posted.
     
  8. Teams are expected to provide two volunteers for sessions in which they have swimmers entered, including finals. Volunteers may sign up for a role at the front desk on the day of the swim meet.

The meet director/meet referee reserves the right to modify warm-up and/or start times, if required. 

Session 1: Saturday AM - Prelims 10 & Under
                        Warm-up 7:30-8:55am
                        Coaches meeting at 8:55am
                        Meet start 9:10am

Session 2: Saturday PM - Finals 10 & Under
                        Warm-up: 2 hours after AM session ends
                        Meet start: 3 hours after AM session ends

Session 3: Sunday AM - Prelims 11 & Up
                        Warm-up 7:30-8:55am
