Join us for a relaxing meditation program with the Art of Living Foundation. The Art of Living offers transformative, evidence-based techniques and courses that facilitate significant stress reduction and is committed to uplifting and empowering individuals and communities. Meditation has many health benefits which may help to improve mood, memory, energy, and attention
During this program, participants will follow an instructor through breathing exercises and guided meditations to help with relief from anxiety and with mental clarity.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own towel or yoga mat.
