Tahnicia Phillips was sworn in as Cobb's next Clerk of the State Court.  Chief Magistrate Judge Brendan Murphy administered the oath before a packed courtroom in Marietta.  In her first sit down interview on camera, State Court Clerk Phillips and her Deputy Clerk Alisha Hargett joined Cobb Solicitor General Makia Metzger program, Smart Justice Works so the public can get a chance to know them and learn their mission in office.
